Our History

Est. 2022

In 2022, Pytt Service was born out of a decade’s worth of experience in the elevator trade, fueled by a heartfelt desire to make a difference in the elevator industry. We noticed a common problem: elevator pit maintenance, often overlooked and neglected by others, leading to inconvenience and frustration for building owners. This presented us with an opportunity to join the trade, fully committed to placing customer satisfaction as our foremost objective.

Our journey was guided by principles close to our hearts—integrity, excellence, and safety. We aimed to provide cost-effective elevator pit maintenance services without cutting corners, ensuring that our customers’ needs were met, and their elevator pits operated smoothly.

As we delved deeper into this mission, we realized that there were larger issues at play. Building managers were frequently overwhelmed, coordinating multiple vendors alongside elevator maintenance companies to address the inevitable problems in their elevator pits. This led to delays, unnecessary expenses, and stressed-out building managers. We saw the opportunity to step in and offer a different approach, not as heroes, but as a team genuinely dedicated to easing these burdens.

Our journey continued, and we set out to challenge industry practices that had overlooked these critical concerns for far too long. We understood that it wasn’t just about fixing elevators; it was about making life easier for our customers. So, Pytt Service was created to be a beacon of integrity and ethical practices in an industry often clouded by excessive fees and a lack of transparency.

We knew we were on the right path when our clients responded with overwhelming support. In 2024, we decided to expand our services to general elevator services, driven by their trust and our unwavering commitment to improving the industry’s standards.
